Credits are deducted only when a Smart Feature is actually used, such as reading a receipt or screening an enquiry. Nothing is spent while features sit idle.

Tenant admins can enable each Smart Feature independently, so you only use the ones that genuinely help your business.

Clear balance and history
See your live credit balance and a full usage history in Apps settings and in Billing under Smart Credits. If you ever need a top-up, our team can add Smart Credits or SMS credit to your account.
