Encryption everywhere
TLS for all traffic in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Backups are encrypted and held in a separate storage bucket with its own credentials.
Strict access controls
Granular role-based permissions and optional 2FA for every account. We log every privileged action.
You own your data
Full export at any time as CSV, JSON or via API. If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days then permanently delete it. No hostage-taking.
99.9% uptime target
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, with automated monitoring and alerting, encrypted daily backups and a documented incident response process.
Compliance & certifications
Pipeline is built and operated to industry-standard security practices. We're happy to share our security documentation, DPA, and incident response process with prospective customers under NDA.
