One thing is charged on usage rather than included: text messages. Sending SMS needs message credit on top of your plan, because every text costs us money to deliver. Email, the customer portal and everything else above are included whatever plan you are on.

Not here. Pipeline is priced by plan, not per seat - £10 for a sole trader, £30 for up to 5 users and £50 for up to 15 on annual billing, with the full feature set included at every level. Hiring your fourth engineer does not change your bill, and no feature sits behind a higher tier.

The Solo plan is £10 a month on annual billing, and it is not a cut-down version: every feature is on every plan, from the lead pipeline and online quote acceptance right through to the customer portal and reports. You get the same platform a fifteen-person team gets, sized for one.

You leave, and you take everything with you. Your data is yours - export the full dataset at any time as CSV, JSON or via the API. Cancel from your account settings in two clicks: no phone call, no retention specialist. Access runs to the end of the billing period and we hold your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.

Is there a free trial?
Yes - every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full access to every feature on your trial.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. Every Pipeline plan - Solo through Enterprise - includes the full feature set: leads, quotes, jobs, invoices, customers, appointments, expenses, forms, reports and integrations. The only differences between plans are the number of included users and the storage quota.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What does “included users” mean?
Each plan includes a set number of seats. If you need more, get in touch and we'll find the right plan for your team size.
Will I be charged VAT?
Not right now. Pipeline is not currently VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay - there's nothing extra added at checkout. As we grow and cross the VAT registration threshold, UK VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%) will apply to future invoices. We'll always let you know before that happens.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?
Yes - we offer 30% off for registered charities, social enterprises and educational institutions. Get in touch with proof of status and we'll set you up.
Is SMS included in the price?
The messaging itself is - sending texts from a lead, quote, job or invoice, the automations that trigger them and the full communication log are on every plan. The text messages are charged on usage, because each one costs us money to deliver, so you top up message credit as you use it. Email has no per-message charge.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees, ever. Onboarding and data import from your current tools is included free on every plan.
How does billing work?
You'll be billed monthly or annually depending on what you choose. Annual billing saves around 20%. Payments are handled securely by Stripe and you can update your payment method at any time.
