Reviewing the Quote
The public quote shows grouped line items, images, VAT, discounts and deposits. Customers can select optional and multiple-choice items, and the total recalculates live.
Accepting
To accept, the customer enters their name and signs digitally. If a deposit applies, a deposit invoice is created and, where the customer has an email address, sent automatically.
Raising a Query
A customer can raise a query to ask a question, which keeps the quote open and notifies you.
Declining
A customer can decline and optionally give a reason. The quote is then shown as Declined.
View Tracking
Pipeline records quote views and the last viewed date, so you know the customer has seen it.
