Questionnaires can be shared as public pages so customers can complete them without signing in.

Lead Capture Forms

Public lead forms create a new lead when submitted and can include questionnaire-style questions. See "Public Lead Forms and Embedding" in the Leads section for the full details.

Embedding

Both questionnaires and lead forms can be embedded on your website using an embed code, so submissions flow straight into Pipeline. Public forms include spam protection.
