The Customer-Facing Quote
When you send a quote, the customer receives a link to a branded, mobile-friendly quote page with your logo and banner. Grouped line items, images, VAT, discounts and deposits are all shown, and the total recalculates live as they choose optional and multiple-choice items.
Accepting
To accept, the customer enters their name and draws a digital signature. The acceptance, name, signature and date are recorded against the quote. If a deposit applies, a deposit invoice can be created automatically and emailed to the customer.
Raising a Query
A customer can raise a query to ask a question without accepting or declining. The quote stays open and you are notified of their message.
Declining
A customer can decline the quote and optionally give a reason. The quote status becomes Rejected and the customer sees it marked as Declined.
View Tracking
Pipeline records how many times a quote has been viewed and the date it was last viewed, so you know whether the customer has seen it.
Quote Reminders
You can send reminders for quotes that have not been accepted, not been queried or not been declined. Reminder messages are added to the communication log and the activity log.
