Discounts
A quote can carry a discount as either a percentage or a fixed value. The discount is applied to the subtotal, and VAT and totals update automatically.
Deposits
You can request a deposit as a percentage or a fixed value. When the customer accepts the quote, an eligible deposit can automatically create a deposit invoice. See "Public Quotes: Accept, Query or Decline" for the acceptance flow.
Payment Frequency
Quotes support one-off and recurring payment frequencies. When you choose a recurring frequency, Pipeline shows the recurring total alongside the one-off total so the customer understands what they will pay and how often.
