Usage, Limits and Plan Features

Viewing Your Usage

Your billing area shows your current usage against your plan, including how many users you have and how much file storage you are using.

User Limits

Each plan includes a set number of user seats. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade to a larger plan to add more people. See "Inviting Team Members" for how seats are used.

Storage

Uploaded files - photos, attachments and documents - count towards your storage allowance. The dashboard storage widget and the billing area both show how much you have used.

Plan-Gated Features

Some features depend on your plan. Where a feature is not included on your current plan, Pipeline will prompt you to upgrade rather than letting the action fail silently.

Priority Support and Custom Integrations

Higher plans may include priority support and options for custom integrations. Contact us if you need something specific for your business.
