Payment Links

Share a payment link so a customer can pay without hunting for the invoice. The link opens their invoice with a pay button.

Recording Manual Payments

If a customer pays by cash or bank transfer, record a manual payment against the invoice. The balance and status update automatically.

Part Payments and Balances

Payments can be partial. Pipeline tracks each payment and the outstanding balance, and marks the invoice Partially Paid or Paid accordingly.

Payment History and Events

Every invoice keeps a payment history with attempts and events, so you can see exactly what happened - including success, failure, cancellation and expiry.
