Custom Lines and Catalogue Items
Add custom invoice lines or select items from your catalogue. Selecting a catalogue item fills in the description and sale price and stores the item ID against the line.
Searching and Filtering
Search items by name and filter by manufacturer and product type to find the right line quickly.
Cost Prices and Margin
Each line can store a private cost price for margin reporting. Cost prices are never shown to the customer.
Line Images
Attach an image to any line. Images can be replaced or removed and open in a lightbox on the customer-facing invoice. Empty image slots stay blank.
