Send automatic reminders for unpaid invoices and get notified about overdue ones.

Reminder Emails

Pipeline can send reminder emails for invoices that are not fully paid. Reminders include a link so the customer can pay quickly.

You control when reminders go out, based on the number of days before or after the due date. See "Notification and Reminder Settings".

Reminder messages are added to the communication log and reminder activity is added to the activity log, so you have a full record of what was sent.

When an invoice becomes overdue, Pipeline can notify your team so it can be chased. The aged debt report groups overdue invoices by age band.
